Cleaning Solutions:
 

• LouvreClean utilises household-grade detergent and may not effectively remove heavy stains caused by leaves, birds, or other matter.

• LouvreClean cannot use any citrus-based cleaning solutions or solvents in accordance with the Dulux powder and industrial coatings warranty.

Preparation before Service:
 

• Unless agreed during the quote process, please ensure that any outdoor furniture is removed or covered prior to your LouvreClean service.

​​

• For safety reasons and your protection, please move outdoor flooring such as mats, cushions, and rugs. Additionally, cover or move your BBQ to ensure access is not restricted.

Tank Inlets:
 

• You are responsible for ensuring that all tank inlets are fully disconnected or turned off prior to the services being performed. We may be able to assist with this if you provide us with instructions.

Water Systems:
 

• At the time of booking and prior to the commencement of your LouvreClean service, please advise if your opening roof downpipes flow into any evader tanks or water storage units, or if you are on a tank water system.
